Why SHORTCUT KEYS ?
Shortcut keys help you eliminate mouse clicks and work more efficiently.
You may only need to remember something for those actions and commands that you regularly do, but believe me, it will be worth a small effort to sail through your work once.
Anything to make life a bit easier, is not it?
You can drag the full list of shortcut keys available in NX at any time But it is useful to use a reference sheet until you are around to remember them.
You can also create custom shortcut keys in NX other than the standard OOTB listed here.
Adaptation in NX helps improve your workflow and maximizes efficiency.
Custom keys are particularly good for specific tasks, which you do manually on a daily basis, which are usually not used by others.

How to create your own Custom Command?
First of all, you will need to open a customized window:
- Ctrl + 1 opens customized directly
- Go to File> Optimize
Once in Customize, you will want to select the keyboard.
This opens a new window called customized keyboard where you can see both existing keyboard shortcuts or enter your own to create new ones.
Just type and press Enter to add.
